About Our Founder and CEO - Ben Shore

Ben Shore is the founder and CEO of Legal Intern Connect. He has extensive experience in recruiting and managing interns, having overseen law clerks and legal interns at the US Department of Justice and recruited and managed over 50 interns as the Executive Director of Rise Against Hate, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit research center.

Ben's expertise in the legal industry and passion for nurturing the next generation of legal professionals led him to found Legal Intern Connect. He has developed a streamlined process that makes it easy for law firms to find and hire the best interns for their needs. Ben's commitment to providing exceptional service has earned Legal Intern Connect a reputation for excellence in the industry.

In addition to his experience in recruiting and managing interns, Ben is a graduate of American University's Kogod School of Business and holds a Paralegal Studies Certificate from Boston University's Center for Professional Education. He has been recognized for his dedication to public service, receiving the Gold Medal – The President's Volunteer Service Award in 2021 and 2022.
